   Georgia Forestry Commission Notice of Timber harvesting Activity & Site Plan - plan should include location of access points, areas of harvest operations, streamside management zones, etc.

6. Bond Letter

   Bond or Letter of Credit in the amount of $3,000 in favor of Newton County. Bond or LOC shall be for a period of not less than six months.

8. Cemeteries

   Any cemeteries on or adjacent to the property shall be clearly marked on the plan and flagged in the field. An inspection of the cemetery is required before and after harvesting activity.
